Ordering & Shipping
You can place an order directly through our website or by contacting our team by phone or email. We’re happy to assist you with selecting the right products for your needs.
Yes, we offer custom quotes for specialized projects and bulk pricing for larger orders. Just reach out to our team with your requirements.
You pay sales tax if your product is shipped to a Florida address, unless you email us a valid Florida Sales Tax Exempt form. If we ship outside of Florida, no sales tax is collected.
Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity and size.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your shipment’s progress online.
To update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may have limited change or cancellation options.
Contact our team right away if you need to update your shipping address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make the change. Once it ships, we’ll work with the carrier to help reroute it if possible.
You can pay with a major credit card or EFT, or fill out a credit application for 30-day terms approval.
We ship to all US states and Canada. We can ship to other countries, but the receiver will need to process the shipping.
Delivery Issues & Returns
Contact us immediately if anything is missing or damaged. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct and complete order.
If you received an incorrect item, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll correct the mistake and arrange for a return or replacement if needed.
We accept returns as long as the product is in perfect condition. Returns must be preapproved by the sales department. Customers will cover the cost of return shipping. Call 904-739-7201 for more help with returns.
Yes, exchanges are accepted for most standard products if they are unused and in original condition. Custom-built enclosures cannot be exchanged.
Products manufactured by Dust Free PC are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. Components not made by Dust Free PC but integrated into the enclosure are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Installation is straightforward and typically requires only basic tools. Each enclosure ships with an instruction sheet specific to your model. If you have questions during installation or need help, our support team is always available to assist you.
