My Account

How do I create an account?

You can create an account during product purchase or by creating an account here: REGISTER

Upon entering a first and last name, email address and password. The system will send an email to your email account to verify that it is a valid address. Clicking the confirmation link in the email will enable the account to be active. Further information is updated upon either an order or on the account settings screen availabe from the login screen.

How do I edit my account information?

Logging into your account through either clicking the login to the left of the shopping cart in the header or by going to the following link: LOGIN there will be multiple selections on the left side (on desktop) or the top (on mobile), to edit your account click on the "Account Information" tab. The following will enable you to update your name, address, phone as well as specific shipping information.

To update your password you can update it by clicking "Change Password" tab.

How do I return my products?

Please contatct the sales department by email or call 904-739-7201 to arrange for a product return.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart or you can call or email us for a shipping quote.

I forgot my password.

From the login screen which can be reached through either clicking the login to the left of the shopping cart in the header or by going to the following link: LOGIN.  A link for "Forgot?" is in the right side of the password field. Clicking that link loads a page for requesting the email address used to establish the account. This will forward an email to that account with a new password. You can change that password once you login to the system.

I received the wrong product.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns if the are preapproved by the sales department and the product is not damaged.

When will my order ship?

In stock products will ship within one day.  Most other enclosures ship within a week from purchase.  Please call our sales department for specific shipping information.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all US states and Canada.  We can ship to other countries, but the receiver will need to process the shipping.

What are my payment choices?

You can pay with credit card, EFT or fill out a credit application for 30 day terms approval.

What is the return policy?

We will accept returns as long as the product is in perfect condition and we preapproved the return.  Customer will pay for return shipping.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

That varies by pruduct.  Please contact us by phone or email and we can get you specific shipping rates and transit times.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You pay sales tax if your product is shipped to a Florida address, unless you email us a valid Florida Sales Tax Exempt form.

If we ship outside of Florida, no sales tax is collected.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card when we process the order.  You will receive a copy of the invoice with tracking information when your order ships.
