Our support team is here to arrange a return or help with any questions regarding your order, including:

My Account
You can create an account during product purchase, or click here to create a new account. Enter your email address, and a link to set a new password will be sent to your inbox.
You can update your information when you place a new order or in account details. Log into your account here.
There will be multiple selections on the left side (on desktop) or the top (on mobile), to edit your account. Click on the “Account Details” tab. This will enable you to update your first name, last name, display name, email address, and password. To update the shipping and/ or billing address, click the “Addresses” tab and then click Edit.
From your customer login, click “Lost your password?” below the password field. Enter the email address or username used to establish the account. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. It may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. So, please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
US Shipping
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart, or you can call or email us for a shipping quote.
In-stock products will ship within one business day. Most other enclosures ship within a week of purchase. Please call our sales department for specific shipping information.
We accept returns as long as the product is in perfect condition. Returns must be preapproved by the sales department. Customers will cover the cost of return shipping. Call 904-739-7201 for more help with returns.
International Shipping
We ship to all US states and Canada. We can ship to other countries, but the receiver will need to process the shipping.
You can pay with a credit card or EFT, or fill out a credit application for 30-day terms approval.

Billing and Invoices
You pay sales tax if your product is shipped to a Florida address, unless you email us a valid Florida Sales Tax Exempt form.
If we ship outside of Florida, no sales tax is collected.

Once it is approved.
We will charge your credit card when we process the order. You will receive a copy of the invoice with tracking information when your order ships.
