This tabletop air-conditioned enclosure is for the Keyence MD-F laser controller and space for a PC next to the controller.  There is an access panel on the rear wall of the enclosure with a cable gland built into it.  The front clear acrylic door and the rear access panel have V-Flex weatherstrip around the perimeter to help keep the cool clean air inside the enclosure.  There is a cam latch on the front door to keep it held closed.
