Keyence MD-U 1000C & MD-U 1020C laser head enclosure with 22 W/C stainless steel air to air heat exchanger. This enclosure has a replaceable front viewing window. The large access panel on the rear with a brush covered cable port allows for easy installation of the laser head. There is an access door on the side of the enclosure that makes desiccant pack changes very simple. The air-to-air heat exchanger uses outside air to remove heat from the inside of the enclosure. The air inside the enclosure is recirculated through the heat exchanger fan and cooling coil to keep the laser head from overheating. Heat exchangers prevent corrosive gas or humidity from entering the enclosure with their closed loop design. The heat exchanger has lower power consumption and less potential maintenance cost compared to a standard air conditioner. No filters need to be changed with the air-to-air heat exchanger. Air to Air heat exchanger runs on 110v power source.
