Air to Air Heat Exchanger Enclosure for all Keyence MD-F, MD-U and MD-X Laser Controllers. It is a tabletop enclosure with a clear acrylic front door and a removable access panel on the rear wall. The access panel has two long brush covered cable slots that work with the umbilical on the MD-F, MD-U and MD-X laser system. The stainless steel air-to-air heat exchanger is mounted to the left side of the enclosure. If you need to reduce the temperature or keep debris out, this enclosure will do both. The air inside the enclosure is recirculated through the heat exchanger fan and cooling coil to keep the controller from overheating. Heat exchangers prevent corrosive gas or humidity from entering the enclosure with their closed loop design. The heat exchanger has lower power consumption and less potential maintenance cost compared to a standard air conditioner. No filters need to be changed with the air-to-air heat exchanger. Air to Air heat exchanger runs on 110v power source.
