This industrial-grade Dust Free PC air-conditioned, washdown enclosure is purpose-built for the Keyence MD-U2000 laser marking system. Designed to maintain a clean, temperature-controlled, and moisture-resistant interior, it allows your laser system to operate safely and efficiently, even in washdown or particulate-heavy areas.
The washdown-rated design (NEMA 4) protects against high-pressure cleaning and water ingress, while the integrated industrial air conditioner keeps internal electronics cool and dust-free. Ideal for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and metal fabrication facilities. This enclosure eliminates downtime caused by overheating, contamination, or electrical failure.
The enclosure has a 2,200 Btu Air Conditioner, large gasketed front door for controller access and cable gland on rear wall for watertight cable management.
For washdown environments we recommend the NEMA4X Stainless Steel Air Conditioner. Any Air Conditioner in the drop-down list will fit on the enclosure. The NEMA12 and NEMA3R4 Air Conditioners are constructed with a powder coated steel housing. These are not rust proof like the NEMA4X version is.
