Dust Free PC Gasketed Mobile Workstation for Keyence IM-X1220 & IM-X1330 Imager Stages in LIGHT Oil Saturated Environment
Designed specifically for oily industrial environments. This Dust Free PC mobile workstation provides a fully gasketed, air filtered enclosure to protect your Keyence IM-X1330 imager stage. Dual fan/filtration systems and integrated internal circulation fans maintain positive pressure and keep oil mist, vapors, and airborne contaminants out of the imaging area.
A self-closing front access door minimizes oil intrusion when loading parts onto the stage for measurement. A large gasketed left-side access door offers convenient reach to the imager head and rear of the stage for adjustments or service. There is an articulating monitor arm mounted on the right side of the enclosure. The monitor arm can hold up to a 30″ monitor. The monitor is not included with the workstation.
The lower cabinet includes a dedicated keyboard and mouse folding tray with a smooth slide-out drawer, along with a spacious non-filtered storage area for tools, fixtures, and accessories.
