The WD201MLZ-VRT-PF is a washdown rated enclosure for Keyence ML-Z9500 & ML-Z9600 laser heads. It has a Pfannenberg DTS 3031 SS 1,000 Btu stainless steel housing, NEMA 4X (washdown) rated air conditioner attached to it, keeping the laser head clean, cool and corrosion free. The laser is orientated in an upright vertical position. The main access door is fully gasketed with 3M gasket and held securely closed with three washdown rated South Co. cam latches. There is a cable gland on the bottom of the enclosure that is designed to fit snug around all the cables leaving the enclosure, keeping the dry cool air inside the enclsoure and the wet dirty air outside. The only exposed part of the laser is the eye which is gasketed around the perimeter. This enclosure will handle spills and washing while keeping the laser dry.
This enclosure will allow the laser to operate in an environment that is very dirty and wet.
If you need your laser mounted horizontally or any other direction we have enclosures for that as well. The AC unit must be orientated up right to function properly. We also offer fan/filtered enclosures and air to air heat exchanger enclosures for these lasers and controllers.
