Tabletop Enclosure for your Keyence IM Image Measuring System with a Double Side Hinge Front Door
The DFP201IM7030-DD works like a mini clean-room keeping airborne debris from entering and damaging your Keyence IM-7010, IM-7020, IM-8005, IM-8010 and IM-8020 imager and controller. Slide out tray for the IM-7000 & IM-8000 imaging machine allows easy access to the imaging stage. Side access doors offer front and rear access to the controller face and cabling. Our NEMA 12 style dual-fan positive pressure enclosures are the most user friendly on the market featuring easy access to equipment. Our industrial tough ABS construction will work seamlessly with wireless networks.
The DFP201IM7030-DD’s main difference from the DFP201IM7030 is the dual 14″ wide double doors in front of the imager. The DFP201IM7030 has a single 28″ wide door that hinges on one side. If space in front of the enclosure is an issue, having a split door that opens from them middle will help you.
We have tabletop enclosures, rolling workstations, air conditioned cabinets available for the IM-6000 series, IM-7010, IM-7020, IM-7030, IM-7030T, IM-8005, IM-8020, IM-8030 and the IM-8030T Keyence Imagers. Any of the Keyence IM imagers from the 6000 to the 8000 will fit in this enclosure. If you have an 8″ wide stage imager, it will fit in this enclosure.
Keyence LM-1100 High Accuracy Image Dimension Measurement System will fit in the DFP201IM7030-DD tabletop enclosure.
