Dust Free PC Gasketed Tabletop Enclosure for Keyence IM-X1540 Imager Stages in Heavy Oil Saturated Environments
Protect your Keyence IM-X1540 imager stage in the harshest heavy-oil environments with this purpose-built, gasketed tabletop enclosure from Dust Free PC. Engineered for maximum contamination control. The enclosure features a 2200 BTU industrial air conditioner. It also has internal circulation fans that maintain positive pressure and keep oil mist out of the IM-X1540 measurement area.
A self-closing front access door allows operators to load parts onto the stage while minimizing exposure to airborne oil. For full serviceability, a large left-side access door provides easy reach to the imager head, wiring, and rear of the stage. There is an articulating monitor arm mounted on the right side of the enclosure. The monitor arm can hold up to a 30″ monitor. The monitor is not included with the workstation.
