Air Conditioned Mobile Workstation for your Keyence IM Image Measuring System with Self Closing Door above Laser Printer in Lower Cabinet
The DFP255IM7K-PF air conditioned mobile workstation houses the Keyence IM Imager in the upper cabinet on a slide out tray. There is a door on the right rear of the top cabinet for access to the AC unit and cabling to the imager head. The 2,200 Btu AC unit cools and reduces humidity inside the upper and lower enclosure. A set of high volume fans push the cool, dry air down into the lower enclosure. The lower enclosure houses a keyboard tray with a hidden mouse slide out. Below the keyboard tray is a large compartment for a laser printer. The printer door has a self-closing “push for copies” door built into it. When there are papers that need to be removed from the printer, push the door open, retrieve the copies and the door will close on its own. There is an access door on the lower right side of the enclosure for easy printer cable routing. The enclosure is mounted on heavy-duty, 3″ locking casters. Our NEMA 12 style dual-fan positive pressure enclosures are the most user friendly on the market featuring easy access to equipment. Our industrial tough ABS construction will work seamlessly with wireless networks. The DFP255IM7K-PF works for the Keyence IM 7010, IM 7020, IM 8010 and the IM 8020 with the 8” wide stage.
