If your shop environment has HEAVY machine oil in the air this workstation was designed to keep it out of the IM imagers. The DFP255IM8000-3R4 is NEMA 4 rated and uses an air conditioner and multiple fans to keep cool air flowing around inside the enclosure. All the doors are gasketed and held tightly closed with compression cam latches. The door in front of the IM imager has a small clear acrylic door that is lined up with the stage for placing parts to be measured. There is also a clear acrylic viewing window to see the IM display screen. There is a wall of positive pressure air flowing at the back of the small part door that keeps outside air and oil out of the enclosure. The lower cabinet has a large gasketed door on the front with a self-closing “push for copies” door built into it. There is a cable gland on the lower corner of the rear wall. This enclosure is designed to keep oil saturated air out of the IM imager.
Max laser printer size is 17″ Wide x 16″ Deep x 10″ High.
This enclosure works for the Keyence IM-7010, IM-7020, IM-7030, IM-8010, IM-8020, IM-8030 and LM-1000 Imagers. All 8″ stage and a 12″ stage IM machines will fit in this enclosure.
