Our CAB barcode label printer enclosures have been designed to fit and funtion properly with each specific printer. There is a fan/filter system that pulls in outside air through a micron filter. This keeps the thermal transfer printer enclosure uner positive pressure with clean ambient temperature air. The front clear acrylic door has a label slot that is specific to each printers label dispensing slot width and height. Our door is also mounted using noncorrosive, lift-off hinges with stainless steel hardware. This allows for easy removal of the front door or replacement of the front door if it gets damaged on your factory floor. The top and side door are built with hinges inbetween them to allow the door to fold in half when opened. As the door opens fully, it rests safely on a stop that is built into the top of the enclsoure. This feature makes the door safer than other enclsoures on the market that do not fold up and out of the way. The enclosure is manufactured with black ABS composite that is non-corrosive and does not reguire painting or maintenance. All the hardware used is 18-8 stainless steel. These CAB barcode label printer enclosures can be modified by adding a heater, air to air heat exchanger, air condtioner. If you need NEMA4 water resistant enclosures, we offer those as well.
